• Request an Assessment: your name, email, and optionally phone, company or HOA name, property location, property type, a preferred date, and a description of your concern.
• Contact: your name, email, and message.
• Client Portal: if you have an account, the email and password used to sign in.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and provide our inspection and consulting services, and communicate with you about your request. Client Portal credentials are used only to authenticate access to your account.

Form submissions are stored in our application database and are sent to our team by email so we can respond. We use trusted third-party service providers to host the application and deliver email on our behalf.

If you sign in to the Client Portal, we use a session cookie to keep you signed in. This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you, and where required by law.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and operate our business, and we remove it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
