Structural Condition Assessments

Non-intrusive assessment

A visual assessment of accessible structural components for signs of movement, damage, or wear.

A non-intrusive visual assessment of the visible, accessible structural components of a property — documenting observed conditions such as cracking, settlement, or moisture damage, with photographs and practical recommendations. This is a condition assessment, not an engineering analysis or certification; where an engineering evaluation is warranted, we recommend a licensed structural engineer.
